Kevin A. Eike, ASP Administrator

 ASP's administrator is an attorney who acts as a neutral to assist parties and their attorneys by answering questions about ASP's procedural rules and who decides matters that expressly require a decision by ASP, such as determining where the hearing should take place (based upon the location of the parties, their attorneys, witnesses, the subject matter of the dispute, and other relevant factors). ASP's administrator cannot give legal advice to any party. ASP's current administrator/attorney is: Kevin A. Eike.


Mr. Eike is a licensed Oregon and Washington Attorney who has practiced for nearly 25 years as a trial attorney specializing in Real Estate, Construction, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, Corporate, Business and Insurance matters.


In addition to serving as ASP's administrator, Mr. Eike is a prolific Arbitrator and Mediator sitting on national and local panels.
